Use a flexible measuring tape across the widest curved part of each natural nail, measuring from sidewall to sidewall in millimeters. Measure all ten nails separately because matching fingers may differ slightly.

Choose the larger size when your measurement falls between two sizes. A nail that is too small may create pressure or leave the sidewalls exposed. If your measurements do not match one standard size row, contact Auranailed before ordering.

Each nail should cover the natural nail from sidewall to sidewall without pressing against the surrounding skin. It should sit close to the cuticle and feel secure without pinching or pressure. Complete a dry fit with all ten nails before applying adhesive.

Small adjustments can be made carefully with a nail file. Extensive trimming may change the intended shape, proportions or handmade design, especially on detailed or embellished sets. For the best result, select your preferred shape and length before ordering.

Dry fit all ten nails first. Gently push back your cuticles, lightly buff away surface shine and clean each natural nail with an alcohol prep pad. Allow your nails to dry completely before applying adhesive. Avoid lotion, hand cream and cuticle oil immediately before application.

You can apply Auranailed press on nails with the included adhesive tabs or with nail glue purchased separately. Align each nail near the cuticle, lower it into place and press firmly across the entire nail.

Adhesive tabs are suited to shorter wear, easier removal and better reuse potential. Nail glue generally provides a longer, stronger hold but may leave residue that makes reuse more difficult. Choose the method that best matches how long you want to wear the set.

Start with clean, completely dry nails and choose the correct size for every finger. Avoid touching the prepared nail surface, apply the adhesive evenly and press each nail firmly into place. Water exposure, oils and using your nails as tools may weaken the adhesive bond.

Yes, but repeated exposure to hot water, steam and prolonged soaking may shorten wear time, especially when using adhesive tabs. Follow the adhesive manufacturer’s instructions before exposing a newly applied set to water, and dry your hands and nails thoroughly afterward.

Never pull or force them off. For adhesive tabs, soak your fingertips in warm, soapy water until the adhesive begins to loosen, then gently work around the edges with a cuticle stick. For nail glue, follow the removal instructions provided by the glue manufacturer.

Use the removal method recommended by the manufacturer of the nail glue you applied. Allow the bond to soften before gently lifting the nail. Do not scrape, peel or force hardened glue from your natural nails or the handmade nail set.

Yes. Auranailed press on nails are designed with reuse in mind when they are removed carefully, cleaned appropriately and stored properly. Reusability depends on the adhesive method, removal process and condition of the nails after each wear.

There is no fixed number of wears because reuse depends on the adhesive, removal method, daily activities and condition of the set. Inspect every nail for cracks, warping, adhesive buildup or loose decorative details before applying it again.

Gently remove the remaining adhesive without scraping or damaging decorative details. Allow the nails to dry completely, then return them to their original storage box. Keep the set away from excessive heat, moisture and direct sunlight.

Yes. Every Auranailed set is handmade and made to order. Production may include hand-painting, detailing, finishing, inspection and packaging. Please review your selected size, shape, length, design and shipping information carefully before completing your order.

Estimated production time is 2–5 business days. Business days generally exclude weekends and public holidays. Production may take longer during major holidays, promotional periods or unusually high order volumes.

After production is complete and the carrier accepts the package, estimated shipping transit time is 7–15 business days. Production time and shipping transit time are separate stages.

Auranailed ships to many countries and regions. Available shipping methods and charges are displayed at checkout. Orders over US$75 qualify for free standard shipping. Shipping availability may vary by destination and carrier coverage.

Tracking information is sent after your order ships. Carrier updates may not appear immediately after the parcel is accepted. If tracking has not updated for an extended period, contact us with your order number or visit the Track Your Order page.

Express or expedited shipping is not currently available as a standard checkout option. If you have an urgent delivery requirement, contact Auranailed before ordering. Special arrangements depend on production status, destination and carrier availability and cannot be guaranteed.

You may request a change or cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. Contact customer service as soon as possible and include your order number. Once the 24-hour period has passed or production has begun, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible.

Because Auranailed sets are made to order and are hygiene-sensitive products, returns, exchanges and refunds are generally not accepted for changes of mind, incorrect size selection or personal preference. Applicable consumer protection rights remain unaffected.

A set ordered in the wrong size is not eligible for a free remake, refund or exchange. However, you may order the same design in the corrected size and receive a 10% Size Correction Discount on one replacement set.

Contact customer service with your original order number, the affected design and your corrected measurements.

Contact Auranailed within seven days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, clear photos of the affected nails and photos of the packaging when relevant.

After reviewing the information, Auranailed will determine the appropriate repair, replacement, remake or refund solution.

Where available, Auranailed can handcraft replacement nails to match a previously purchased set. Replacement nails require an additional fee, and shipping charges apply. Availability depends on the design, materials and number of nails required.
