Many Auranailed press-on nail products are handcrafted and made to order. Production may begin shortly after an order is placed.

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, sizing corrections, damaged items, and replacement nail requests are handled in accordance with our Refund & Exchange Policy.

Product Images and Colors

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, designs, textures, finishes, and details as accurately as possible.

However, the appearance of colors may vary depending on:

· Device displays;

· Photography; and

· Other display conditions.

Handmade Variations

Because Auranailed products are handcrafted individually, slight variations may naturally occur between individual pieces or sets.

These variations may include small differences in:

· Hand-painted details;

· Decorative elements; and

· Other handmade characteristics.

Reasonable handmade variations that do not materially alter the overall design, quality, or intended appearance of the product are not considered defects.

Sizing

Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable Size Guide and selecting the appropriate nail size before completing an order.

If you are unsure which size to select, we recommend contacting our customer service team before placing your order.

Sizing issues are handled in accordance with our Refund & Exchange Policy.
